nojili is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, or power outages.
Internal Complaints Process: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the nojili platform, you must first contact nojili customer support in writing, providing full details of the complaint. nojili will investigate the matter and respond within fourteen (14) business days.
Time Limit for Complaints: All complaints must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event or transaction giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.
